Came to Summerfest to educate myself about the lifestyle of vegans and vegetarians to help me understand and gain knowledge. I as a chef will be taking everything that I have gained from this fantastic experience and pass this on when opening a vegetarian and organic restaurant in Akron, Ohio with Chrissie Hynde from the Pretenders. I look forward to meeting so many great people and making new friends. This weekend has only opened my eyes and will to change! Thank you Summerfest - see you next year.
