First time attendee of Summerfest. I think nourishing is the best way I'd describe my experience these past few days at Summerfest. Many of the presentations were minimally informative but most importantly, they always stimulated thought. As important as the presenters were, the opportunities to talk with other attendees and listen to their perspectives was often equally rewarding. Our lifestyle is defined by compassion. It's important that we reach out to those that haven't yet found the vegetarian lifestyle in a similar way.
