James- Very organized with good speakers. I also enjoyed the social aspect with others who are searching the same lifestyle and health that I am.
Ruth- I\'ve gathered some more truths that I plan on applying to improve and maintain my health; I appreciate abd thank all those who were involved and worked hard to make it available to us all. The challenge is to educate on the college level(teachers, dieticians and medical students etc.) because they are the future leaders and care givers.
