The Summerfest is wonderful! The lectures are informative, interesting and inspiring. The food is delicious and, of course, it is so nice not to have to ask what\'s in it! I have rarely been anywhere where the people are all so cheerful and friendly. I am going home renewed and with many ideas about how to eat healthier!
