Dr.Barbara Ellicott's Summerfest 2001 Photo and Comments

Inspired by my daughters, who are vegans - (Laurie, the first member of the family to attend Summerfest several years ago) I attended! This has changed my life physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually - in dramatic ways - additionally, inspired by Ruth Heidrich, whom I regard as my mentor, I improved my physical fitness to the extent that improved from running a half mile to completing in 2001 the Boston Marathon in one year / lost 55 pounds in two years, lowered my cholesterol from over 200 to under 144, etc.
